You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Please include the email address associated with your account and any relevant account identifiers.
This ensures we accurately identify your data for deletion.
We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it.
Once your data is deleted, we will confirm by email that the process is complete.
Data sent to third-party platforms (such as Meta or Shopify) may remain with those platforms according to their policies.
We only delete data stored within Clariby systems.
Requesting deletion will permanently remove your account and cannot be undone.
If you wish to stop using the service temporarily, you can deactivate your account instead.
